Tres años a traves del Artico

Nel fornito negozio di Carlos e Teresa di "Menorca en kayak" abbiamo scovato un volume davvero interessante ed unico nel suo genere: una spedizione di tre anni (TRE ANNI) nell'Artico lungo le coste di Groenlandia, Canada ed Alaska seguendo il passaggio a Nord Ovest... 14.000 km coperti in kayak, a piedi e con slitte trainate dai cani, senza appoggi aerei per i rifornimenti, nè mezzi meccanici per il viaggio, nè sistemi elettronici per la navigazione.
La più lunga traversata polare non meccanizzata della storia, realizzata tra il 12 febbraio 1990 ed il 24 marzo 1993!
Quattro giovani spagnoli intrepidi ed avventurosi che hanno vissuto a stretto contatto con gli Inuit e hanno imparato così a conoscere a fondo l'Artico...
Sono tutti amici di Carlos e Teresa e chissà che un giorno non si riesca ad invitarli dalle nostre parti per farci raccontare la loro incredibile avventura!!!

In the furnished shop of "Menorca en kayak" we have find an interesting volume: the history of a three year-old expedition in the Arctic along the coasts of Greenland, Canada and Alaska following the North West passage... 14.000 km covered in kayak, foot and with sleighs hauled by the dogs, without aerial supports for the restocking, neither mechanics instruments for the trip, neither electronic systems for the navigation.
The longest polar crossing not mechanized of the history from February 12th 1990 to March 25th 1993!
Four intrepid and adventurous Spaniards that have lived in contact with the Inuits and that have learned so mucha about the arctic...
They are all friends of Carlos and Teresa and we'd like to meet them, sooner or later, to know their unbelievable adventure!!!
